    • The Tech I will do general brake, lube and tire repairs, assist in preventive maintenance (PMs) and other maintenance activities. This is a training position to prepare the candidate for a Tech II position. Training will include heating and air, brakes, tires, transmission/clutch, refrigeration, compliance and safety procedures, systems processes, and performing other duties/training as assigned.

    • This is a Preventative Maintenance (PM) mechanic position that will perform PM inspections and repairs, air and hydraulic brake repairs, tire repairs, warranty procedures and other duties as assigned. The Tech II will assist in repairs and is expected to comply with safety and EPA procedures.

    • Responsible for diagnosing and repairing medium to heavy-duty trucks and trailers under minimal supervision. Repairs include PM inspections and repairs, air and hydraulic brake repairs, tire repairs, warranty procedures, driveline, steering & suspension, electrical trouble-shooting, AC and other duties as assigned.

    • Master level Diesel Mechanic position diagnoses and repairs medium to heavy-duty trucks and trailers under minimal supervision. Repairs will include PM inspections and repairs, air and hydraulic brake repairs, tire repairs, warranty procedures, driveline, steering & suspension, electrical trouble-shooting, AC, refrigeration, overheads, overhauls & rebuilds of engines and transmissions, plus other duties as assigned.

    • Warehouse team leaders make sure everything runs smoothly within the warehouse. This includes training and providing direction to employees, conducting quality audits, and other managerial responsibilities. This job requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and warehouse leadership experience.

    • Warehouse associates accurately transfer, package, categorize, kit, or assemble product and materials, both physically and logically, to fulfill orders, inventory, load/unload trailers, and move product throughout the facility with and without powered industrial equipment and perform inventory counts as required.

    • The logistics management trainee role is a 10-12-month program designed to prepare you for a management career within Ryder. As a management trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience leading personnel and managing projects in a friendly and support learning environment. You’ll assist management across our Supply Chain and Dedicated verticals.

    • The Operations Management Trainee assists our fleet maintenance department by supporting the shop management process in areas such as cost savings, customer retention, inventory, financial reporting, and metric-based initiatives. This requires the Operations Management Trainee to work cross functionally across operations, asset management, sales, quality, and rental.

    • The Rental Management Trainee is the front-line sales agent for the rental of vehicles to the company's current lease and commercial rental accounts, as well as potential commercial rental customers and consumer household needs. You will work cross functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and asset management departments, while utilizing excellent customer communication skills.

    • The Vehicle Sales Management Trainee position provides general vehicle sales training. You’ll support the onsite manager and learn all aspects of customer service, business development, inventory management, and sales. Training in the areas of rental, finance, operations, human resources, and sales & marketing will be included in the program.

    • The Ryder Field Maintenance Manager position handles the management and execution of a comprehensive maintenance program for their business unit. This position ensures the key maintenance objectives, plans, and strategies are effectively communicated and implemented in the business unit. You have direct responsibility for overseeing a team that includes service managers and their respective locations. 

    • Customer Service Coordinators enhance the customer experience by applying critical communication skills and taking ownership of the customer relationship activities that include customer interface, issue resolution and customer satisfaction. You’ll also support the shop management process through timely customer communications and scheduling, inventory ordering and stocking, repair follow-up and maintenance file management.

    • Asset Managers handle the performance and organization of all assets within their business unit. Besides handling fleet management and vehicle performance analysis, our asset managers track the statuses of product lines and profitability of different customers and locations.

    • Engineers collaborate with our customers to focus on designing new facilities, changing existing layouts, implementing continuous improvement projects, establishing labor standards, and developing warehouse metrics. A strong background in industrial engineering is critical. Experience with Excel, Access, AutoCAD, Visio, SQL, VBA, WMS or Data Analytic applications, and the ability to implement onsite solutions is helpful.

    • Transportation managers handle all client-facing activities. Beyond strategy development and presentation, transportation managers develop and manage field support teams, monitor field performance, and innovate new ways to improve operations.

    • The data scientist wrangles data into a usable form, moves the interpretation of the data from descriptive and diagnostic into building prescriptive and predictive algorithms to solve Ryder's toughest problems. You are an expert on algorithms and know the balance of the art of modeling. 

    • You’re the front line sales agent for vehicle rentals to the company's current lease and commercial rental accounts and potential commercial rental customers. You’ll work cross functionally across sales, marketing, operations, and asset management while utilizing excellent customer communication skills.

    • Our Business Development Managers grow our business. These experts have the experience, enthusiasm, and quick-thinking necessary to grow our customer base and establish new business relationships. As one of our business development managers, you’ll experience the trust, freedom, and minimal supervision necessary to grow our business while growing your career.

    • As a supply chain management salesperson, you’ll work with the Market Research and Development group and the Solutions and Execution group to develop the company’s market strategy. You’ll develop and implement integrated business plans for different product lines. You’ll also continue managing the product line throughout its life cycle, always finding new ways to improve performance and exceed business objectives.

Our vehicle sales representatives also work with our sales, marketing, operations, and asset management teams to innovate ways to exceed sales projections and improve the way we do business.

      We are looking for DevOps professionals with Azure & subscription management experience.     • The Application Development Lead is a technical expert who provides leadership in the design, development and delivery of technology enabled applications, products and services within a computing systems environment.

      We are looking for Application Development Leads with 5 years of experience in any of the following areas of expertise: MS .NET/Azure Cloud Computing, Xamarin / C# for Mobile Development, MS SQL Server, SalesForce, Appian, IBM AS/400. Technical leads provide solutions to technical issues and are responsible for meeting development schedules and ensuring the delivered solution meets the technical specifications and design requirements.

    • The ServiceNow Leader provides technical expertise, and oversight to a team of ITOM developers, analysts and operations engineers to ensure timely execution of team and project results. This position works closely with various partners to provide guidance in the management of CIs and the relationships between them. In addition, this role provides leadership to ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery functions in the areas of design, development, documentation, testing, and modification of existing and new ITOM & CMDB capabilities, discovery, patterns and sensors, championing standard techniques, procedures, and criteria. Participate in architecture design, performance monitoring, module evaluation, and buy versus build decisions. Supervise and communicate development project status, dependencies, and risks and mitigation strategies to the project team, business stakeholders and leadership. Provides technical expertise to the business.

      It is expected that this leader has strong expertise in multiple IT Operations disciplines and can collaborate and influence staff, peers and Sr. Leadership within IT to construct high quality, scalable, and efficient Enterprise Solutions. Passion and experience building teams and transforming ITSM operations is critical to be successful in this role.
